If you arranged a meeting on 4pm, you shall wait your foreign colleagues in the following timing:

German will arrive on time.

American will arrive 15 minutes earlier.

Britain will arrive 15 minutes late.

You should pardon your Italian colleague for being late for one hour.

How about Malaysian?

[It depends, if there are Malays, 30 minutes late, give or take.]
[But in private company, it's usually punctual.]
(Because there is less Malays I guess.)
